Rosalyn Taylor O’Neale, Principle Consultant, Cook Ross has more than 20 years experience guiding the diversity and inclusion efforts of organizations in over 27 countries.
She designs and delivers globally recognized, strategic inclusion and diversity initiatives and provides leadership and team development in the areas of cultural competency, unconscious bias and addressing micro behaviors for Multinationals, Fortune 500 and mid-sized financial, technology, healthcare, manufacturing and consumer products industries.
Additionally she lends her expertise and thought leadership to non-profit, educational institutions, foundations and public sector organizations.
From 2008-2012 she served as Vice President, Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer at the Campbell Soup Company She led their international diversity and inclusion business efforts in North American, Australia and Europe.
She was EVP Diversity Initiatives for MTV Network and from 1990-2002 she was CEO of Barnes O’Neale & Associates.
Rosalyn holds a MSSW from the University of Louisville. She is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority.
